If Messyshop has received your payment, your order will be sent as soon as possible but no later than within 3 working days to the address you specified.
Messyshop ships the products you have purchased via MyParcelPostNL. Products are sent via the applicable postal rates. Messyshop is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during transport. If you want to have the product shipped insured at an additional cost, you can indicate this during the ordering process. The additional costs are borne by the buyer.
5.2 The delivery times specified by Messyshop are only indicative. Exceeding any delivery period does not entitle you to compensation or the right to cancel your order or to dissolve the agreement, unless the delivery period is exceeded in such a way that you cannot reasonably be expected to uphold the agreement. 6. Return shipments

General sales, delivery and payment conditions of Messyshop, established in The Hague and registered with the Chamber of Commerce in; s-Gravenhage no.51704846.
1. Applicability
1.1 All offers, orders and agreements Messyshop, to the exclusion of any other general terms and conditions, these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Terms and Conditions) apply.
1.2 Placing an order means that you accept the applicability of these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 The provisions of these Terms and Conditions can only be deviated from in writing, in which case the remaining provisions will remain fully in force.

2. Agreement
2.1 An agreement is only concluded after acceptance of your order by Messyshop. This is entitled to refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to the delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise. If an order is not accepted, the customer will be notified, stating the reason.
3. Prices / Offers
3.1 All prices and offers of Messyshop are without obligation and Messyshop explicitly reserves the right to change the prices, in particular when this is necessary on the basis of (legal) regulations.
3.2 If the prices for the offered products and services increase in the period between the order and the execution thereof, you are entitled to cancel the order or to dissolve the agreement within ten (10) days after notification of the price increase by Messyshop.
3.3 All prices are stated in euros, exclusive or including 21% VAT and excluding shipping costs, any taxes or other levies, unless stated otherwise or agreed in writing. Before concluding the agreement, the total price including shipping costs is communicated via the website.

4. Payments

5. Delivery
5.1 Once an order has been placed and after receipt of your payment, the products you ordered will be delivered. The delivery of Messyshop products takes place in principle within 3 working days. If Messyshop has received your payment, your order will be sent as soon as possible but no later than within 3 working days to the address you specified.
Messyshop ships the products you have purchased via MyParcelPostNL. Products are sent via the applicable postal rates. Messyshop is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during transport. If you want to have the product shipped insured at an additional cost, you can indicate this during the ordering process. The additional costs are borne by the buyer.
5.2 The delivery times specified by Messyshop are only indicative. Exceeding any delivery period does not entitle you to compensation or the right to cancel your order or to dissolve the agreement, unless the delivery period is exceeded in such a way that you cannot reasonably be expected to uphold the agreement. In that case you are entitled to cancel the order or terminate the agreement to the extent that this is necessary.
6. Return shipments
6.1 You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt, stating the reasons. The amount you have already paid cannot be converted to cash, you can choose something else for the same amount. However, it is explicitly the case here that the return shipments are only accepted if the packaging of the product is undamaged, whereby it also applies that the costs for return shipments are for your account.
6.2 You are obliged to check whether the articles delivered to your home comply with the agreement. 6.4 Items cannot be returned or exchanged if:
• You yourself have tried to repair a defect.

7. Retention of title
